Market Common Gets New Tenants.

Two new tenants have found a home at The Market Common.

Bobby Chan has opened a store in the shopping and housing complex, expanding its footprint from West Palm Beach, Fla., and Phoenix, Ariz. The clothing retailer is in a more than 3,000-square-foot space on Howard Street between Ann Taylor and Justice, and sells men's clothing. The clothing line has been sold in country clubs, resorts and specialty stores since 1999, with prices ranging from about $50 to $95.

King Street Grille is also expected to debut in The Market Common at 11 a.m. Saturday, a spokeswoman for the complex wrote in an e-mail. It's the fourth S.C. location for the sports bar and restaurant - which is partly owned by Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger. The Market Common eatery, next to Tommy Bahama Tropical Cafe & Emporium, boasts 27 flat-screen televisions and space to seat more than 160 people.
